DIRECTIONS: 

Shake well.

Pour CHI Blondest Blonde Ionic Powder Lightener into a plastic bowl, add the desired amount of Color Generator of your choice to achieve desired consistency.

If mixed thin the process will slow down.

If mixed thick the process will be accelerated.

These are guideline only.

Use your professional judgment for desired consistency.

Amount may vary according to technique and application used.

For Full head application or retouch application use 10 or 20 volume Color Generator.

For off the scalp lightening use 30 or 40 volume Color Generator.

CAUTION: Do not use on eyelashes, eyebrows, facial hair or other parts of the body. Never shampoo before lightening. Do not apply to scalp with open cuts, abrasions or any abnormal conditions.
