provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Q. Why has my order not yet shipped?
A. We sometimes offer merchandise for sale that has not yet been received
at our warehouses, or that has sold out and is being restocked. As a
convenience, you can still order back ordered items, and we'll ship them
to you as soon as supplies are replenished.
If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and back ordered items, we
will ship your entire order once the back ordered items come back into
stock.
Q. Can I change my order?
A. Often times we process orders so quickly it is impossible to make changes during the process. There are occasions where we can catch your order & make a change but please understand this is not always the case.
