Q. Where is my order?

A. For more information on your specific package please sign in to your account and review your Order History. If your order says Processing, it hasn't yet left our warehouse. If it says Shipped, you will be able to view any available tracking information. Shipping and tracking information will also be made available in your shipping confirmation email. 

If you do not have an account with us, tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.


Q. Why has my order not yet shipped?

A. We sometimes offer merchandise for sale that has not yet been received at our warehouses, or that has sold out and is being restocked. As a convenience, you can still order back ordered items, and we'll ship them to you as soon as supplies are replenished.

If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and back ordered items, we will ship your entire order once the back ordered items come back into stock.

Q. Can I change my order?

A. Often times we process orders so quickly it is impossible to make changes during the process. There are occasions where we can catch your order & make a change but please understand this is not always the case.

Q. Sometimes prices on beautybailout.com are different from last time I purchased. Why?

A. Often times we receive deals or special buy ins. Rather than pocketing the difference we actually pass the savings onto you! This is why sometimes prices will appear to vary.

Q. How do you ship and what are your prices?

A. At this time we primarily ship via USPS Priority Mail.
We are currently shipping to the USA, Puerto Rico & USVI.

-All orders $99+ ALWAYS ship free.
-Orders $0-$14.99 ship for $5.95
-Orders $15-$99 ship for $9.95

Q. My order arrived damaged. Now what?

A. Though we strive to make sure all orders are packed securely, damages do sometimes occur between our facility and your location.

If damage to your shipment occurred, please keep the original shipping carton and follow these instructions:
  1. Email info@beautybailout.com; include your order number and contact information.
  2. Within 24 hours, please call your shipping carrier to obtain a Damage Inspection report. For further instructions, review the information from USPS.
  3. Request that your shipping carrier return the order to Beautybailout.com at the address listed on the package.
  4. Please do NOT return the order yourself. This can delay your transaction.
