PM Shines translucent hydrating color is a deposit only, ammonia free, demi-permanent hair color.

  • 34 inter mixable colors
  • 11 different tonal bases, and a
  • Clear Shine which can be mixed with the total color palette to create a multitude of colors.

PM Shines have been developed with an exclusive intense hydrating complex (IHC) that penetrates deep into the hair shaft to add intense hydration and help replenish amino acids lost during the coloring process.

  I have been using this product for years and I love it! Everyone comments on how shiny and beautiful my hair is after I use this product. It really makes it shiny and silky and the color is really dark and has a shimmer of purple in the sunlight...it is beautiful!
